Not the easiest estate agents to get in contact with and they have properties advertised for sale, that for one reason or another are not actually for sale!

Hi Frank, Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. At times the office receives a high volume of calls, as well as people coming into the office. If we have customers in the office unfortunately we cannot get to the phones, we are currently looking at putting a messaging system into place which would help with this, I apologise you could not get through to us. Was disappointed they havnt rung me back to keep me informed as a complaint i made about a neighbour in a rented property like they said they would

You had made a complaint on the 14th January at 14:32pm about a rental property in which we managed, in which a staff member explained the situation to yourself and how it would be dealt with. We have fully address the situation and given adequate time for the situation to be rectified by the current tenant. Unfortunately due to the nature of the case and the outcome of the situation We can not discuss this further at this time . They did sell the house, but we got no feedback or updates unless we asked. So much was missing from the initial advert I didn't recognise the place, it had to be done again, the sign was only visible if you stood right in front of the …

Do not use these complete liars and waste your time been waiting to view a property completely ignored and now gave it to someone else So unprofessional will not be using these waste of time

A viewing was then booked in for you, however unfortunately you did not attend the appointment. On the day of the viewing we attempted to contact you by phone call, left a voicemail, and also sent a text message, but did not receive any response. Due to the high level of interest in the property, it was therefore offered to another applicant. We always aim to be transparent, fair, and responsive, and we are sorry that you feel disappointed. Disgraceful service compleat waste of time, Viewed a property 58A lord street with these lot put application in, They kept messing us around for weeks, saying the landlord had not made a decision. I called the landlord and found out he hadn't been told about any viewings happening or applications from people going for the property, Then, from questioning them later on, I received an email saying that, unfortunately, the landlord has got with another applicant more lies ⛔️⚠️ The property is still on the market and on their site for the past several days Called the landlord again Said I've heard nothing from them, and I'm not happy they are telling people Lies because they have not made any contact with me about any person for my property, 🤯 Landlords beware of these estates agents and people who want to view properties there compleat mess abouts,
