We booked this accommodation at the very last minute for the early bank holiday weekend. Communication from them was excellent and everything was easy to understand in the emails. When we arrived we were a little put off about the location BUT when we went in the apartment it was fabulous. Everything we needed was supplied. Living room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Full working kitchen with all gadgets needed. Lovely clean shower and toilet room with towels supplied. The bedroom was clean and had a lovely wardrobe. A couple of things missing like bedside tables and lamps. And placemats for the dining table (we didn't want to mark the table). Also the front door was a bit stiff to close. The price for 2 nights was excellent and it's only a five minute walk from a park, the beach and shops. I would definitely recommend and return ourselves.
We’ve just returned from an enjoyable week staying in Kittiwake on The Esplanade. Although the weather was cold we were quite comfortable and cosy in the apartment. The WiFi signal was strong, enabling us to remain in contact with family. As we didn’t use the car for this holiday we purchased weekly passes for the bus and tram network. The tram terminal was only a few minutes walk away and proved very convenient to get around.

We had a good week after the teething problems were resolved promptly. No instructions about how to open the flat door and the heating was not working in our room. Successfully handled and moved us to another apartment.
What a great place, fabulous for a large family. The kids loved their 'special' bedroom, and the games room, the adults enjoyed their comfy and clean bedrooms. Large living area and dining table in the large window, where we enjoyed our breakfasts and played many games. I noticed you'd addressed some of the previous comments on trip advisor, re providing toilet paper and other basics. However you haven't got 5 stars because the outside area could be so much nicer.
Hi, very well organized viewing appointments, got a very suitable tenant. Checking out the credit etc. very reasonable introduction/commission. And lewis is an amiable gent always answered calls and replied back, and patient.
