If you are looking for a professional estate agent who is efficient without the pressured feeling of your usual agent, James is perfect. No question or query is too much hassle for him. James was always easily reachable when we needed him and always went above and beyond his job role. We needed a quick sale due to finding our dream home, we contacted James, the advert was live and viewings booked ready for the week ahead, all within 24 hours. Luckily enough but not surprising due to James professionalism and mannerism with clients, we had 3 offers of which James was honest and advised us accordingly. As far as price, James was highly competitive and offered a far superior service than wye and JNP, who we have used on previous purchases. We cannot thank James at Robertson’s enough and without a doubt, we would not hesitate to use him again.
