We viewed a house through Robert Watts (Clare) and from the get go, she was absolutely brilliant and friendly! Being first time buyers, we were nervous...Clare helped settle those nerves. Further to this, she was absolutely fantastic in being the person to help us understand the process, despite us only being the buyers through Robert Watts and not a seller...not only that, she chased updates from all parties which massively helped us...even our solicitor didn't always share the full info being any delays etc but Clare was on it...supportive and found out quickly (in a nice way, not aggressive) and fed that back to us in the manner we would understand! Without a shadow of doubt, I would use Clare and Robert Watts (Highfield Road, Bradford) if we came to sell in the future and hopefully buy another property through them only!
