Joanna/Rebecca arrived at the wrong time to do my property Assessment. She rudely claimed it was I who had the wrong time, though I had been advised of the time twice. I informed her I was on my way, she did not inform me of her intention of not wanting to wait a few minutes. When I arrived a few minutes later (but we'll within the appointment time I was given) she had gone. I then called her, she did not answer my call nor did she show me the curtousey of a call back. Why would I want to deal with such people!
