Hopefully, they answered me immediately and the agent (thank you Nicki) was always there to help me through the procedure. After the contract signed, any time needed they always responded shortly. I honestly do not think the sale of our house could have been handled better. They really are on your team and helped our buyers through the process too, passing on queries and concerns (as there always is with any house purchase).
