Simply excellent all round. Nicki was efficient and transparent in every conversation we had during the offer process and the move-in was well organised. Regarding quality of service, Neil helped me lift a mattress up 4 flights of stairs and little things like lights that needed replacing have been actioned immediately. This is a sizable, professional lettings agent that is run with the same amazing care level you'd expect from a small family-owned business. Would strongly recommend without hesitation.
