From the very first moment, Neil at Ellis and Co was great to work with. We feel he was honest, and communicated rapidly and effectively with us and the sellers. He was very responsive and moved quickly, allowing us to proceed with speed with our purchase. He was a pleasure to work with and we've had interaction with other agents who have been nowhere near as responsive as Neil.
