We are sorry to hear of your review which our feedback has already addressed in the review left by Kamran. We take all reviews very seriously and in this case do feel your comments are unfairly noted due to a decision made by the landlord not to terminate your contract without you giving the correct notice. We do have correspondence not only at the beginning of your tenancy but also during your tenancy that are complementary of our service as we often attended to any reported issues within the same day so it is a terrible shame it has ended in this way due to circumstances out of our control.
