I spoke to several estate agents in Finchley before choosing Khalid at Ellis & Co to sell my flat. I picked him not just because of the price and commission both of which were very competitive but also because of his attitude and approach. He was incredibly helpful and understanding and indeed patient. He is very experienced so is not fazed by anything - something I found very reassuring. He was also prepared to go the extra mile, helping out on a number of things which he really didn't have to. I couldn't recommend him more highly. I am not planning to move for some time but would happily use his services again - not something I have ever said about any other estate agent.
