Nicki Loizou is one of the most efficient and proactive lettings managers I have worked with. We have a portfolio of residential properties with a variety of agents and I would rate Nicki as one of the best around. She provides a personal service (far too many agents are trying to do too much online) and she really gets things done and isn't afraid of dealing with problems when they crop up. I have also dealt with Khalid who was great too - it seems they have a wonderful team. Thank you Nicki. Definitely 5 stars.
