I had really great experience with this agency as a tenant. I've been renting an apartment from them for 2 years, and everything was quite good. Belinda McCarty was especially helpful and patient with us, as we're not very experiences in the UK renting rules. Belinda explained us the all details about closing the agreement prematurely and was kind to push landlord to agree to the terms that are a bit more beneficial for us.
