Dear Daniel, I am sorry you have been disappointed with the service received from our lettings department. I can completely understand your dissatisfaction for deductions made due to cleanliness. As you are aware we use independent inventory companies and rely on their reports and act on our landlords instructions. As a company we do not make the decision to deduct any funds. Furthermore your deposit is held in an independent scheme which ultimately you had the right to challenge.
