Top tier service - recently let a new apartment and LK were leaps and bounds ahead of any competitors, great communications, friendly people (Alex was especially helpful) but the whole team seems excellent and helped bring order to a very stressful time! If I could give more than 5 stars I would - highly recommended, especially compared to some big chain agents I've used in the past. EDIT - lived at the property for 2 years, and the checkout process was equally smooth, the whole team is excellent!
