Katie and Louise have been fantastic in moving so quickly to attain a new tenant for my property in Fleet when a sale fell through. Not only did they land a new tenant in less than 24 hours they also assisted with the rate negotiations as well. They now perform a fully managed service for me, its an extremely personalised service which is great as I was dealing with G Pees for over 12 years who have forgotten what a personalised service is all about.
