We booked a viewing in May and honestly didn’t think we would be chosen, as there were around 13 people viewing the property! My family and I met David, who was incredibly kind and patient in answering all our questions. He gave us all the information we needed to confidently make an offer. When our offer was accepted, I mainly spoke with Frank, who was also amazing and very helpful whenever I called. Both David and Frank supported us throughout the entire process, right up until moving day. Frank even managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule for a final look at the property before completion. We truly appreciate all the effort and hard work from both of these gentlemen. Even after moving in, Frank kindly offered ongoing support if we needed anything, which means a lot to us.
