Waymark Buying a property is often considered a stressful process. However my recent experience of buying two properties in Faringdon with Waymark Estate Agents has been a painless experience. I was provided with supportive advice and guidance on the properties along with information on other comparable properties that had come on to the market and been recently sold. I was not subjected to a hard sell and genuinely felt that Waymark’s were taking my own personal needs into consideration whilst obviously representing the interests of the vendor. The advantages associated with the location of the two properties in conjunction with the surrounding amenities was also explained which was important since my knowledge of Faringdon was limited. COVID and the reliant sale of another property made the process rather prolonged but Waymark kept in regular contact throughout, answering and resolving all questions and queries. When it came to letting the properties Waymark were once again able to provide the necessary advice and guidance. All the legal requirements associated with the letting of a property were organised and overseen by Waymark. This occurred in a very timely manner allowing tenants to move in soon after completion. Communication between myself and Waymark was excellent throughout allowing a trusting relationship to develop. I was impressed with the friendly and professional service that I experienced.
