Really good team, Grant, Avril, and Sharon, who worked hard to secure our sale and purchase. They chase up and down the chain to check on progress and send out an update every week. This could be even better if they had a form to give to solicitors asking them to keep the estate agents updated with progress. I have found out that the legal profession does not believe it is their responsibility to keep people in the chain informed of progress. Great job, guys!
