Hugh and Harry at the branch were excellent from start to finish. Always responded to calls and email the same day, were always professional and honest and most importantly seem to appreciate how much is at stake when selling a house. Hugh was straight up and didn't try and sales charm into taking our house on, which i experienced else where. Harry did all the bookings and kept us in the loop as asked too by email due to busy jobs. Sharon was also helpful in after sales chasing people. From a customer experience point of view i can't fault it, i never mind paying for service if you get genuine good customer service and we did. thanks all
