The letting side is a disgrace. We booked a viewing last week for today at 4.15 - 4.30, my husband and i both taking time off work - they didn't turn up. A phone call made to the agency, to be told the house has been let. The agency did not have the courtesy to contact and cancel, denying any booking. Outrageous service!!!
