I have had my house on the market with Richard James for the last 5 weeks and have had one viewing to date. I'm still waiting for the feedback ! I have left messages on their phone and they remain unanswered. The agent failed to turn up to accompany the viewers and the viewers told me that they had requested an earlier viewing which was never requested of me! Their duty of care has not been apparent in my case and I am sorely disappointed with them !
