Rented a flat with Richard James, worst experience ever, firstly they act polite, in order to get their 500£ commission, but once they get it, they dont give a S##t about you anymore. I am currently living on a flat, which accordingly to RJ was completely refurbished. 2 Months after, my sealing is falling apart on the entrance and bathroom, called Richard James, and basically they said that its not their problem, so they have no responsibility on the issue. I told them this was a safety issue, once the sealing could fall apart on someones head, and they simply answer "so dont use the house, but please pay the rent in the end of the month, because it is your duty". I have pictures of my place if anyone wants to see how this "estate" agency operates once they have their money. No customer service, and they will always try to avoid the problem, no support at all. Mean and rude people on the phone, one of the workers was rude enough to tell me - "This would never happen to me, because i own a house, while you (ME the customer) can only rent one".
