Had house on Market in North Swindon & during the process there was bad communication throughout & then after having 3 offers collapse on my property the attitude of a certain person was disgusting & very un professional! Also had people on 3 occasions turn up at my property for viewings without any support from agent. Had to stay through the contract & then changed agent who sold my property straight away & much easier to deal with. The personnel in the North Swindon branch were very disappointing along with the poor attitude! Not something I thought of Richard James having used them twice before without issue! Wont be returning any future business to them!
