Absolute shambles of a company. Been waiting 6 months for them to send a plumber to fix a leaking toilet which is a simple fix. Have now resorted to withholding my rent payment until it’s rectified. This is the second time in 10 months I have had to resort to these measures to force them into action. Just as last time, as soon as the rent is withheld they come at you with threats. I would seriously advise anyone taking a property from them to do their homework on the company before making a decision. I have rented properties for the last 20 years and have never experienced any issues until dealing with Richard James!
