The organisation is well run and communication is good. Sharon Carpenter (Lettings Finance Manager) has been especially helpful and well organised in providing me with financial statements (even going the extra mile to find statements from the original agency). I should also mention Heidi Maller who deals with the property maintenance who has been helpful, understanding, and well organised.
