It was just by chance that we happened to come across Richard James and what a wonderful and pleasant accident! Gemma Cowley, has been and was there for us throughout the entire process, even when things seemes to go pear shaped! The attitude and welcoming presence from her and the team have been second to none...I will always go to Richard James for all house searches and enquiries in the future. Particularly during lockdown and throughout the trying times to get things sorted, Gemma and her team are incredibly patient, what with my three children all about the place and slowing things down...they kept me motivated and kept checking up on me.
