I've just left the property I've been renting for the last 2 and a half years with Richard James and would like to comment about the leaving: I received a guideline on how to leave the property, very detailed. I followed all steps, especially the one about hiring a private company to do the cleaning. After a while I received the full deposit back! I have to say that GEE MOSSOM was really helpful. She was following the full process with me, always available and very professional. She answered all my questions, took all necessary actions and made me feel I was being looked after. If you ever rent a property with Richard James make sure Gee Mossom is involved in the process.
