I purchased a home in Old Town, Swindon through Richard James, their service all round has been fantastic really. Very prompt replying to any queries and putting my offer across to the vendor in the initial stages of buying, thanks to Kelly Hucker (I believe?). Then once sale was agreed, a dedicated after sales/sale progressor was assigned to task and kept me up to date with matters (Jade Wilkes) who was polite professional and enthusiastic. Nice to liaise with someone who is genuinely pleased to help and see things go well. Thank you very much indeed, if I need to sell at some point then I will certainly look to sell via RJ in future.
