We had an excellent experience with Richard James, we had viewings with Georgia and James and Jade was our point of contact. Everyone was brilliant, everytime we phones or emailed, whoever got back to us was lovely, helpful and professional. Jade in particular has been brilliant, always available to help, kept us up to date without me ever having to chase and was always so friendly and positive. I'd highly recommend.
