We purchased a flat through Richard James and we have to say that Julia Barrow’s in their Sales Progressing team was absolutely amazing and we can’t fault the work she done for us. We were kept in the loop at every step of the process with regular emails and update calls, queries were responded to almost instantly and nothing was ever too much of a problem. Thank you Julia for making the process run more smoothly and an altogether less stressful experience. We also want to thank Georgina who took us on viewings, again very pleasant and we didn’t feel like we were being pushed to hurry along when measuring up. We would definitely recommend Richard James.
