Excellent service and prompt communication from Gemma Cowley at Richard James to help us settle in to our rental home quickly. I would recommend Gemma as she understood our situation was stressful (house purchase fell through at point of exchange so had to switch to renting in order to sell our house ASAP) She was reassuring and we always felt fully supported whenever we needed to query anything whilst renting.
