We swapped to Richard James due to lack of communication from previous estate agents unfortunately we lost our buyers when we thought we weren’t far off completing and they seemed oblivious to the situation and so due to delays and financial implications already incurred we needed to ensure our property would be sold as quickly as possible. Richard James ensured the photos and marketing was done as quickly as possible and from relisting on the Friday we had a viewing that afternoon and had accepted an offer the following Tuesday so certainly put our minds at rest. They have a dedicated sales progressor in our case Amy who kept us updated throughout and assisted me as I work in the legal sector to get responses from the buyers solicitor as quickly as possible. From the memo of sale to completion we managed this in 6 weeks although we were lucky to have first time buyers. Would definitely trust them to handle a property sale for us again highly recommend.
