We had such a fantastic and flawless experience with Belvoir Falkirk. We had had a few frustrating weeks searching for a property to rent until we met the folks at Belvoir Falkirk. From our first meeting at their office, Susan Dunsmore was a quintessential professional, whose assistance proved valuable to us in securing a beautiful property. We could not understate her expertise and professionalism during the whole process, from recommending the property, setting up the viewing and assisting us doing all the necessary checks and paperwork. She remained approachable and available throughout the whole process, giving us regular updates throughout the weeks. In some cases we had some challenges which she found ways to resolve to ensure that we secure the property. Susan was always prompt to respond to phone calls and emails and answered all our questions during the process with in-depth explanations so we had all the information to promptly finalise our move. A pleasure to deal with a very professional and helpful team of people who deal swiftly with any tenant raised issues and go out of their way to help me as a landlord when ever I have a problem related to my property.
