From a tenants perspective, as an agent, I found Belvoir to be professional, efficient and responsive, sometimes completing repairs before I was even aware they had been to complete the work. During regular property inspections they were polite and courteous and always provided feedback on the inspection. They had a dedicated team of independent tradespeople who were always quickly despatched to solve any issue, such as a frozen outdoor pipe which prevented my central heating from functioning, replacement of roof tiles blown off in gales over last winter, failure of the boiler resulting in no hot water and several other issues over my 3.5 year tenure. Becky, in particular, was very helpful and, even following my departure, went the extra mile to deliver post that had been delivered to the old address. Her final property assessment was an incredible piece of work which resulted in a very rapid return of my deposit. All-in-all, a very harmonious relationship which helped to smooth my time in the rented property. Highly recommended
