"We were recommended Belvoir..."

We were recommended Belvoir Lettings from a couple we had met through school. They were tenants. Mike spent a lot of time through our initial email, and responded by further detailed visits, being both informative (we really didnt have a clue), realistic and most of all professional. He explained everything. Not only that, but we did require a bit of work doing on our house to make it more pleasing to potential tenants. I have to say Belvoir have taken care of everything and sourced maintenance at more than reasonable rates. We are kept informed of everything and asked before any financial outlay. We have only been with Belvoir a year, but would not hesitate to recommend Belvoir as a first stop for tenants and landlords alike.
