I would be happy to recommend this company and indeed have already recommended it to prospective landlords.Although at first I thought they were very fussy (compared with the company I was with before), I now appreciate this very feature - especially in keeping everything up-to-date as to the law side of things. This takes a lot of worry off our minds. The staff are always polite and helpful and do their best to keep properties let.
