I have been a customer of Belvoir Falkirk for over 5 years now and I can honestly say the team are the friendliest and most helpful that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They deal with tenants adversity every day which makes their job a challenge, which they tackle head on putting the tenant first, their professionalism is second to none. I would like to thank Susan Dunsmore and Angie O’Rourke specifically for treating me with respect, being able to cater and sometimes change when I needed things to be differently and helping me get through what has been a challenging few years personally. Their dedication to customer service cannot be questioned. I am writing this review as i am settling into my new property, for however long it may be, safe in the knowledge that both are just at the end of a phone.
