So we met with ian at a few of there properties each time we went, we were given the devastating news not this time, so many other people wanting the properties. However one day we got a phone call from ian saying he had something coming up. We viewed the property all perfect, we had a move date and everything. Then that fell thro, thro no fault of ours or there's. Unfortunately these things cannot be helped. Ian informed us of two more properties not avaliable quite yet, but coming soon. Then we finally had the call we were waiting for. We met ian at the property. Arranged a really awkward move date, but he was happy to obliged. After this, we sorted paper work ect ian made this so easy. My partner met tom with the keys. And he was given a box of chocolates. What a lovely team you have. But also massive thank you to ian. We have a forever home.

Tom and his team at Belvior! Exmouth managed both my property rental and sale for most of 2024, while I was massively preoccupied with life and emigrating to the other side of the world. Tom went above and beyond every time I needed his professional input or support: I actually felt like I had a kindly brother looking after me - which I was so grateful to have as a single mother, during such upheaval and life stress. I knew I could trust him to work on my behalf and in my best interests: and he did. He managed a smooth transition between rental and sale to completion entirely without me there and with no compromise on price, service or (time-zone delayed!) communications.
