Ended up losing all power in the house, called the estate agents and within 20 minutes they had sent out an electrician who managed to fix it. Thank you so much for the quick response, and great communication.

Rang up twice regarding interest in a rental property to be promised a call back or email to arrange a viewing. Couple days later, I rang to see when I could view a property to be told it’s already been given to someone else? Unfair how they can choose a tenant without giving people equal opportunities. Massive lack of communication between staff and customers desperately seeking places to rent!!
