I used Michael Poole, Eston to sell my late father’s home on Church Lane which sold in less than seven days which was valued correctly in line with the current market. From start to finish I found that the staff were very efficient in what they do and super knowledgeable and helpful being kept up to date through out the whole process by Helen in sales progression. Like anything there are always minor hiccups throughout the process of selling or buying a property but be rest assured Helen worked her magic and things seemed to progress seamlessly.
