I used Michael Poole, Eston to sell my late father’s home on Church Lane which sold in less than seven days which was valued correctly in line with the current market. From start to finish I found that the staff were very efficient in what they do and super knowledgeable and helpful being kept up to date through out the whole process by Helen in sales progression. Like anything there are always minor hiccups throughout the process of selling or buying a property but be rest assured Helen worked her magic and things seemed to progress seamlessly. Weekly checks were carried out on my property by Michael Poole’s and Helen over saw the viewing by the buyer. I can’t thank Helen and all the staff at Michael Poole, Eston enough for their amazing and outstanding service in selling my property and would highly recommend their Estate agency should you be looking to either sell a property or buy one as I do not think you will be disappointed. It’s a solid 10 from me, 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
