We have sold STC through Michael Poole and they have been great - Chris came to do our valuation - he was thorough, friendly and far from pushy! Helen is our Sales Progression contact and she has been so helpful to the extent she even contacted solicitors of our purchase to hurry them along a little given we are facing delays there, unfortunately we aren’t getting this service without pushing for it from the other “estate agent” - some of the team in the Eston branch also offered to look over our paperwork with us - we just wish we had bought through Michael Poole too!!
