I would 100% recommend Michael Poole in Eston. Ashley is lovely, reliable and does what she says she will do. I have dealt with many other Estate Agents who fob you off and blame other people for the delay in the purchase or the sale, but my purchase was completed well within the time frame quoted and it all ran very smoothly.
