Would highly recommend Estates It. From when I set up my agency 3 years ago they have been with me every step of the way and are still at hand if I need them. I am now upgrading my website and I would not even consider going elsewhere. The cloud is so easy to use and offers everything we need and more. I'm a new estate agency and setting up my business has involved carrying out a lot of research as well as navigating an array of different services and solutions. Nick in sales has been incredibly helpful and proactive in terms of getting to know me and my business and providing me with a variety of relevant options for my website, CRM and support services. The projects, web development and training teams have also been great - working efficiently to get me set up and always on hand to provide support when needed. Overall as a company there is a sense of being in safe hands with professionals who know what they are doing and also care about their customers. Based on my previous experience with Estates IT, I'm more then happy to reccomend them! I have used their software a little over 5 years ago to manage my companies portfolio and now I'm on the other side of the fence and have connected with Estates IT's API's to be able to get my clients property feeds to my new property portal. I have mainly communicated with Jacqueline who remained extremely helpful, professional and efficient as well gone above and beyond to ensure the project is going smoothly and update us at every occassion.
