A great system and a fantastic company Recently I've been auditing and still auditing my business processes and systems and made significant changes to systemise the business more efficiently. Estates IT have been fantastic in working with us to ensure the CRM is adapted to ensure our process are better streamlined. David Weller - has been so patient and has put in a tremendous amount of effort and work to ensure our every demand has been seen to - even though our demands were border line impossible - he found a way and with the team at Estates IT and has made it happen. Yes there are so many other systems out there - but in 12 years of business i've used many other systems before Estates IT - None of them can be customised for our individual in house processes and systems - ensuring the business is efficiently streamlined - WHICH IS BIG for all companies at the moment.... But Estates IT has this ability to adapt The best thing is when Estates IT do their upgrades - They are upgrades that actually make a difference and not some gimmick upgrade which is nonsense. We have worked with David for many years to help us through the maze of compliance requirements. We were the first agent to take up their online due diligence training system for staff over 10 years ago back in 2008. The system has improved over the years and it ensures everyone is up to date and compliant - a great system, user friendly and surprisingly inexpensive. Added to this David keeps us up to date with legislation changes, he offers practical advice and the fact that I can pick up the phone at any time and have a chat about any compliance worry I might have, I have no hesitation in recommending Compliance-Matters.
