Here at LettingsBU we are a little different from the normal agency set up as we are run and operated as part of Bournemouth University. Many years ago we were struggling to find a package that suited our needs and that's when we discovered the awesome team at EstatesIT. From day one they have been the perfect partners to work with. They took on board that we operated a little differently and even though they have since found out its a little 'challenging' to get anything done with us with a number of hoops to jump through they have always gone above and beyond to help us out. Very competitively priced for the advanced product they offer and which seems to get developed and improved constantly. We have had many bespoke requests over the years which seems to involve the whole team at some point at EstatesIT but they always deliver which in turn has really improved our efficiencies within the office and improved the service we offer our customers so a win win. No matter what we are thinking its worth an ask and they do what they can. If what we want isn't there in the system then they will find a solution. As you may have guessed, i cant speak highly enough of everyone there. Great support, training, development, sales, the whole package. Its not a customer/client relationship really, they are more like friends who are all part of the same team. Here's to many more years working together and I'm sure we can think of some more pain in the neck Improvements for us that you can pull your hair out trying to solve. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Initially spoke with Nick, who took down all my requirements.
