This is the third property where I have used Curchods, two sales and one purchase. In a previous review I stated that the service I received changed my view of estate agents. The attention given to my current sale by the Esher team cannot be faulted. I would encourage anyone planning to buy or sell a property within the Esher offce's area of operation to give them serious consideration. A top score on quality, value, professionalism and responsiveness is deserved.

We recently completed on a purchase of a property through Curchods and dealt with Matt and Joe who were both excellent. Responsive, transparent and did their utmost to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. The complete opposite experience we suffered dealing with a local Thames ditton estate agent earlier in the year who were appalling! If we were ever to sell the property, we would use Curchods without hesitation.

Buying a house during a pandemic is always going to present a series of challenges. However, from first viewing through to picking up the keys we found Curchods Esher very easy and efficient to deal with. Joe Dewar was reactive and reassuring throughout the process and whether representing the seller or dealing with our queries and requests, he was courteous throughout and acted with a calm professionalism. Nothing was a drama, even when complications arose. Joe is ably backed up by the team in the office who share the same approach and all keep up to speed with the progress on each client’s sale. The team is well connected across the business, so their advice is invaluable. Our huge thanks go to everyone in the Esher office, we are very happy in our new home. Pandemic or no pandemic, we can thoroughly recommend Curchods Esher to anyone thinking of selling or buying a house.

Estates IT supplied us with a new website for our family estate agency recently. Nick in Sales understood and identified our needs from the off, and Jack was efficient in getting us up and running smoothly. I couldn't recommend them highly enough! I am not an IT orientated person, but I had a vision of how I wanted the website to look - they guided me every step of the way, the communication was excellent.

We started our Letting Agency in 2012 and Estates IT have been with us all the way through. Their customer service has been excellent throughout as we have grown and added members of staff. They built us a basic website at the start (when that's all we could afford) and have made amendments to it for us along the way.
