We both agreed on the terms and i had nothing to do, he did all the viewings, and always updated me with the outcome. He kept me in the loop on everything. Honestly, i had nothing to do and he made sure the property is safe and secure after every viewing. He was there till the end of the process when the property got sold, again, kept me in the loop with everything and gave me updates for each and every step for the sale of the property. Ben was in contact with Solicitors and other estate agents to make sure everything was going to plan. We enjoyed a process which could have been a nightmare.
