One of the best agent i have ever used. Ben was fantastic with everything, from the day he came to visit my property, he was so precise in giving me the best valuation of the property. We both agreed on the terms and i had nothing to do, he did all the viewings, and always updated me with the outcome. He kept me in the loop on everything. Honestly, i had nothing to do and he made sure the property is safe and secure after every viewing. He was there till the end of the process when the property got sold, again, kept me in the loop with everything and gave me updates for each and every step for the sale of the property. Ben was in contact with Solicitors and other estate agents to make sure everything was going to plan. We enjoyed a process which could have been a nightmare. If you have a lot going on and cannot manage to do the views etc, get in touch with Ben and all your worries for the property will vanish as he takes them all upon him, by finding you the right buyer for the price you want and follows it through till the end.
