I found Churchods to be very thorough and one of the few estate agents to really take the time to understand the full brief in terms of the type of property and locations we are looking for. Unlike others, they only send me information on houses that are relevant! It feels like a family business and much care is shown. Curchod's Esher (Matthew Knight and Gillian Thomas, in particular) were really good during the purchase of a property that we are in the midst of completing on. We had a number of obstacles along the way and especially on the day of exchange, I hugely valued Matt's efforts in being resourceful and getting all the solicitors and agents aligned to get contracts done and exchanged. This was with literally minutes to spare before a deadline that would have preventing us from completing within our timeline. While I don't have much comparable experience, I can appreciate how much ownership and care is needed to keep things moving and we really appreciated that. Thank you!

We cannot rate the team at Curchods, Esher, highly enough. From the moment we put our house on the market with them, to the point of completion in buying our new home, their service was exceptional. They are professional, friendly and honest; they act with the utmost integrity at all times. What became very apparent, in the final stages of the sale to reach exchange, was that this was clearly the most time consuming and demanding part of the whole process. During this part, the service we received from Matthew, in particular, was superb. We felt that he was doing everything for us, minute to minute, to make it all run smoothly. This makes you realise that in the early days, during marketing and viewings, this is the less trivial part of the whole process and yet, we were always made to feel that our sale and purchase, no matter what stage we were at, was their priority. Their communication was second to none and this was pivotal in making us feel like very valued clients; it also assisted the whole process to run as smoothly as possible. We have vowed never to move again but if we do, we would not hesitate to use Curchods in Esher.
