Our estate agent David Walker was superb from beginning to end, couldn’t ask for anything more, nothing was too much for David night or day. Myself and partner were selling a terrace in Horsforth and moving to Farsley for a bigger size house, David led us with his expert knowledge and guided us in every area imaginable as well as providing recommendations for everything along the way. His negotiation skills were brilliant getting us a lot more for our home than we thought possible. His knowledge on the location and the housing market was honestly incredible. David is a breathe of fresh air in his profession and we knew within minutes of meeting him our minds were made up to have him as our agent, there were no gimmicks or sales tactics, his personality and knowledge shone through. David is beyond friendly - we would consider David a real friend on the back of our experience which speaks volumes of what he achieved for us. I couldn’t recommend David enough, great man, with great values and even greater knowledge. We wouldn’t hesitate to use David again should we move!
